This is the one stop shop if you are planning a party as it contains complete themes for a wide range of children.  Not only are there recipes and designs for cakes, but there are also recommendations for party games, food, and give away bags.  A well laid out and colourful book that will come in very handy for party planning.

Parties for older children and younger teens can be challenge because it is hard to know what is "in" at the moment.  This book will give you great ideas about what to plan for your children - but if you are brave enough to let them plan the party for themselves then there are some brilliant guidelines in this book.  There are loads of practical ideas ranging from making the house party proof, to choosing the right clothes and the right games. If you are planning a party for older children then start with this brilliant book.

It has complete planning advice for eight celebration themes, for example "Mad hatters tea party".  Each plan has ideas and instructions for invitations, decorations, refreshments, crafts, games and party favours.  Fun to prepare and a fun party made even better because of your child's participation in the preparation of the event.
