The Discovering Collection contains a range of reference, primary resource, and multimedia materials in the five core areas above. It include essays, critical analyses, biographies, and timelines.
A great feature of the database is the Toolbox. The Toolbox provides access to a research guide, research tools, and search tips to help guide students through their assignments. It covers topics like distinguishing between primary and secondary resources, evaluating sources, and how to start an assignment.
