What is Akozone? Ako is a Māori and Polynesian word. It means to teach and learn. Zone is an English word for space. In the Akozone centre you can use computers to search the internet for FREE, check your email, download information, create documents and save or print your work.
Through Akozone centres you have easy access to all Auckland City Libraries' online resources including the catalogue, eBooks and online databases.
What are Akozone centres for?

- free access to Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- facility to save your work to USB, disk or burn it to CD
- facility to scan images
- facility to reserve a computer for a convenient time
- help from library staff
- print or photocopy in colour or black and white (see photocopying and printing for charges).
