Book a Librarian

This new service from Central City and Remuera libraries offers free 30-minute, personalised sessions on research and computer skills.

Trained staff will teach you how to find suitable material to answer your research question from our e-resource, book and journal collections or teach you  a computer skill such as adding page numbers to your essay or inserting a heading.  Make a booking for a half-hour session by calling 09 307 7780 or use our online booking form.

Although this service was developed with students in mind, it is expected to be popular with a wide range of customers keen to learn how to get the most out of their library. The information services team covers all reference (non-fiction) areas including business, law, health, psychology, computers, philosophy, music, science, sport, history, languages and travel.

Book using our online booking form or call 09 307 7780.
