Use My Info to view information about your library account.
How to login
To login to My Info you need to enter:
- your library card barcode number
- your membership PIN

Page errors
If you are having problems getting to the My Info login page (for example, you get the catalogue instead of the log in screen, or there is a random string of strange letters across the screen), try the fixes suggested on the catalogue and website issues page.
Note regarding change of address
You cannot change your address in My Info. If you wish to change or update the address details in your account please do this using our change of address form. |
