Requests
There is no charge for requests on titles from the children's and teen collections.
Requests on titles from the adult collections cost $1 per title. (Some concessions apply).
The charge includes locating and removing the item from the collection, and holding it at any Auckland City Library for you to collect.
Requests are held for eight days, and you will receive notification when the item is available for you to collect.
You can cancel a request at no charge.
Requests are not available on items from the What's HOT! collection or on magazines.
