Te Reo Māori and Auckland City Libraries

"Seek the treasure you value most; if you must bow your head let it be to a lofty mountain"

Auckland City Libraries is committed to supporting Te Reo initiatives, including the translation of the Auckland City Libraries' website.

It is important to have an understanding of key principles in order to make some strategic decisions and planning about appropriate use of the language. Translating this website will progress in stages.

Auckland City Libraries has made a commitment at this time to translate the whole of the Māori section - Te Pātaka Kōrero Māori, and key parts of the website.
