Celebrate New Zealand Music Month
Join us at Pt Chevalier Community Library to celebrate New Zealand Music Month.
Featuring performances every Saturday and welcoming back the legendary Mt Roskill Ukelele Group playing from noon to 1pm on Friday 23 May.
Active Movement classes
Mondays from 10.30am to 11am
Come along and have an intimate little session of music and movement with your baby. These free classes will help you understand your child's mental, physical and emotional development.
Displays: a moveable feast for the eyes
At Pt Chevalier Community Library we aim to promote the work of the many talented artists and artisans in the community, and give those owners of fascinating collections a showcase in which to display their work.
We have a number of display areas where local artists, craftspeople and collectors can exhibit. In addition, the library regularly features work from the schools and colleges in the area.
Displays change regularly so call in and have a look, and of course contact us if you have a collection that you would like to display.
Regular events:
 Pt Chevalier reading group meets at the library on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 1pm.
 Children's storytime with songs and stories for pre-school children, every Monday and Friday at 10am.
