Deaf Awareness Week

Mt Albert's popular talent quest for kids is back by popular demand

Saturday 24 May, 2pm

Can you sing or play a musical instrument?

The talent quest is for children 12 years and under. Contestants may perform one item up to 3 minutes long. It can be a solo or a group performance. The last two talent quests we have had at Mt Albert have been very popular, and folk have been entertained by some very talented and entertaining children.

For further information contact the library and pick up an entry form from Mt Albert Community library.

Entry closing date is 20 May, at 4pm

Next meeting will be on Saturday 31 at 2pm.

Bookworm. Great fun for kids aged 5-12 years

The topic this month is music. Read a book about music or a musician.

Plus be in for some surprises.

Children's storytime

Storytime for preschoolers, Friday and Saturday at 11am, Sunday at 1pm.

Stories, action rhymes, singing and child participation are part of the fun-time. Sessions last about 30 minutes.
