Surviving parenthood

Being a parent is a job that lasts for the lifetime of your child - you never stop being a parent even when your child starts their own family.

As a parent you get to experience all the joys of having a child, from watching them take their first steps, and listening to their first words - through to taking them to school or kindergarten for the first time. There are also challenges to parenthood that many parents face.

Collected here are some of the challenges that parents may face from having to adjust to life after a separation, through to being the parent of multiples. We have also pulled together ideas about D.I.4.Y (Doing it for yourself) so that you can be yourself as well as a parent.
