Highly recommended for parents waiting a healthier approach to eating for the whole family.

Although the layout of this book is not always easy to follow, the author provides clear instructions about how to use the essential oils and includes warnings about when to approach convential medical experts for assistance. If you want to use a more natural approach for your children then this book is a brilliant place to start.
