Homework machine is all about helping you find information at the library and on the library website that will make working on homework topics easier.
Each part of homework machine is done in such a way that you can find books in the library which may be able to help you, and so that you can find information on the internet as well.
Library staff have done a lot of the hard work for you. We have done searches of the catalogue, we have even read some of the books. We have also surfed the net to find good sites.
If you want to ask a librarian a question then complete the ask a librarian form and we will get back to you with an answer.
Just a few points though:
- you have to be a library member
- you need to enter your card number on the form
- you need to have a valid email address so that we can send you the information
- you can ask homework questions
- you can ask other questions that children need or want an answer to
- we will not answer questions that are rude, abusive, or silly.
We would like to hear from you as it helps us to improve homework machine and make sure that we are getting it right.
Send an email to the childrens team and let us know:
- if you think we should add another topic
- that there is a really great book that we don't have on our list
- if there is a website that you think we should include on our list
- if any of the links are no longer working
- any ideas that you might have to make homework machine better
- that homework machine is working for you and what you like about it.
