Going on holiday and don't want to miss your requests?
Use our new freeze requests feature to save your place in the request list.
1. Log into My Info
2. Click onto Items requested
3. Click Freeze beside the item
4. Click Update list
5. Log out and enjoy your holiday!
When you return, remember to unfreeze your request. Click the freeze box to remove the tick, then click Update list. |
