The Beehive - visit the official website of the New Zealand government for the latest political news and speeches, government happenings, and an A-Z of government portfolios and their associated ministers.

Order papers - details of the programme for each day Parliament is sitting.

Hansard / Parliamentary debates - the formal record of debates in the House. 

Parliament House. Questions for written answer - search the database or check the most recent questions.

Questions for oral answer - the questions asked at “question time“ in the house.

Parliamentary bulletin - is published every week and lists the business of Parliament. It details the progress of bills and information on select committees.

Parliamentary Bills - can be accessed online.

Acts of Parliament - known also as New Zealand statutes, can be searched online at the Public Access to Legislation website.

Statutory regulations - the latest statutory regulations can also be found at the Public Access to Legislation website.

Members of Parliament - for finding your electorate MP. You can display the list of MPs in several different ways such as Electorate/List, Portfolio or Select Committee. Clicking on an MP's name will give biographical details. You can also find a seating plan of the house and electorate maps.

Government departments - can be found via the New Zealand Government website. Most departments publish their annual reports on their individual websites.

Select committee reports - you can browse by type of committee business or by committee.

Select committees - currently receiving submissions and their closing dates.

Making a submission - to a Parliamentary select committee.

Parliamentary library research papers - includes bills digests and research papers.

The New Zealand Gazette - the official newspaper of the New Zealand Government.

Parliamentary glossary - for a glossary of parliamentary terms.

Other online parliamentary publications - including standing orders, speakers' rulings and various reports and guidelines.

Online information on how law, parliament and government work can be found on the New Zealand Parliament website, as well as the Decisionmaker websites.
