Hint: click ‘Affirmitave Action’ in the list of issues on the main page. Then go into the website tab above the list of articles.
4. Find magazine articles dealing with homosexuality and the Anglican church
Hint: do an advanced search, use the subject heading to search for ‘homosexuality’ AND ‘Anglican church’. Select ‘magazine’ as the document type.
5. Find any information on Andrea Dworkin’s position on pornography
Hint: use advanced search and enter ‘Dworkin, Andrea’ as both a subject and author – separate them using the Boolean operator ‘OR’. Then use ‘AND’ and enter ‘Pornography’ as a subject.
6. Find information from the last two months on cloning
Hint: use advanced search and enter ‘cloning’ as a subject. Then use the date of publication feature to select the date range.
7. Find statistics on drug trafficking
Hint: select “drug traffic” from the list of issues on the main page, then click the statistics tab.
8. Find viewpoint essays on women’s rights/feminism and how it relates to Islam
Hint: use advanced search and enter women’s rights and feminism as subjects, separated by 'OR'. Then enter Islam, after an 'AND'. Select viewpoint essays as the document type.
9. Find information on abstinence
Hint: enter ‘abstinence’ as a subject in the search box on the main page.
10. Find a list of writings by the group Concerned women for America
Hint: use advanced search and enter ‘Concerned women for America’ as a name.
