- Full text annual reports for New Zealand and Australian companies, both listed and delisted, dating back to 1995.
Financials
- Search for companies that match your criteria; pick which ratios you want to see in the results; and choose to narrow your search down to certain companies and/or companies within any sector or index.
Announcements
- A real-time (live) feed of all announcements posted to the stock exchange.
- Includes announcements made by secondary-listed companies and regulatory authorities.
- Search for announcements that meet your criteria (searchable on keywords; date range; annoucement type; and limitable to searching specific companies).
Prices
- Daily trading history from July 1998. Prior to that (back to 1990) there are high, low, close and volume figures.
- Includes real-time (live) trading information.
Forecasts
- A complete history of monthly forecasts from June 2001.
Major shareholders
- Increased to show the Top 100 holders.
- Searchable by shareholder name (keyword), and limitable to date range and/or searching on selected companies.

- A complete history of dividend information.

- Summary of capital events, name changes, and delisting information for each company in the database.

- Daily history of data back to July 1990.
Search tips
The site is easy to search but unlike some sites the search results display in the left hand column under the search box rather than in the main body of the site. It is possible to search by company name or part of as well as the issuer code.
