What is EPIC?

EPIC - short for Electronic Purchasing in Collaboration - is a new collection of databases you can access from your local library, school, or at home.

EPIC is shared by libraries throughout New Zealand and aims to connect every New Zealander to a wide range of electronic resources.

These databases contain thousands of international (and some New Zealand) magazines and newspapers, reference books and images, most of which you can print out immediately.

Did you know?

New Zealand is the first country in the world to provide universal access to electronic information. Apart from Iceland, that is.

Iceland has a population of 282,151.

For more interesting facts about Iceland, try the Ebsco MasterFILE Premier database.
