The Central City Library statistics collection has a wide range of international economic and market research information. General data on the world economy can be found in the publications World economic outlook, OECD economic outlook and Main economic indicators.
Specific country information is provided for up to 200 countries by the Economist IntelligenceUnit EIU reports database (needs a personal membership barcode and PIN), as well as by individual OECD economic surveysfor over 35 nations.
Financial and trade information material is available in the Exporter's encyclopaedia, International financial statistics monthly and yearbook, Quarterly national accounts and the Direction of trade statistics quarterly and yearbook.
Statistical and market research items relating to Asia and Southeast Asia include the Asia yearbook and Consumer Asia.The online database Asian Business and Reference has yearbooks for specific Asian countries and searchable articles on business and economy in South East Asia and China.
International statistical information
Subject-based international statistics held at the library include the Demographic yearbook and the Yearbook of labour statistics.
