The Statistics and Market Research Collection is held on the first floor of the Central City Library. This collection is reference only and may only be used at the library, though statistics and market research information is also available online for library members via our digital library.
Statistical information for New Zealand
The focus of this collection is to provide comprehensive statistical information on New Zealand's society and economy. Through our Public Library Partnership with Statistics New Zealand, Auckland City Libraries is a full depository library for New Zealand’s official statistical agency. This means that we hold all the major publications produced by Statistics New Zealand and these form the core of our collection of New Zealand statistics. The partnership is an ongoing process to make it easier for people to access, understand and use statistical information. Key publications from Statistics New Zealand are also available at community library branches.
