Art and about: a pocket guide to Wellington's public art

By Frances Sutton

Which building flaunts a fine piece of jewellery? Where can you get fit and indulge in poetry at the same time? Who can change light into water? Find out inside. Let Art & about: a pocket guide to Wellington's public art take you on a tour of the city's lively and vibrant public art scene - find hidden gems and discover the art that engages or enrages passers-by. This full-colour, pocket-sized book includes a map showing the locations of the artworks.

Burger Burger

Ryan Moore

Features work by Tahi Moore, Simon Denny, and Nick Austin installed and photographed over three consecutive days in a vacant office space. The publication builds on a particular moment of recent practice; common questions toward approaches to materialist gesture, formalism, and embedded activity. These three artists share a sensibility and collaborative context, yet maintain distinct approaches and particular impulses of production.
