Craft

New Zealanders are a remarkably creative people, and crafts fulfill a deep-felt need to make something unique and special "with your own hands".

The resources at Auckland City Libraries cover the range of traditional and indigenous crafts, from the earliest forms, though to contemporary expressions. Our craft collections are one of the most highly used areas at the Library.
