The Indic languages collections in Bengali, Hindi and Gujarati and a new Urdu collection are held at Mt Albert Community Library. The Tamil collection is at Mt Roskill Community Library and the Panjabi collection is at Otahuhu Library. The Indic languages collection contains almost 1000 books and mainly includes fiction, and children's books but there are also some non-fiction books.
