Search tips:
Easy search
Lists of organisations in broad subject categories.
For example, to find a sports club or association choose the heading Sports and Exercise.
Keyword search
Type in any words or phrases. The search will locate any organisation that matches the words entered.
Advanced search
Use for detailed searches of the community organisation’s name, subjects related to the organisation’s activities, the organisation’s physical location, and a description of people associated with the organisation.
Advanced searches use the Boolean operators, AND, OR, and NOT. CITY uses "&" for AND; "/" for OR and "!" for NOT.

Add your community organisation to CITY
Community organisations are encouraged to have their contact details listed on CITY by completing the CITY database registration form that can be downloaded, printed and sent by mail to CITY database, Auckland City Libraries, PO Box 4138, Auckland. There is no charge to be listed.
Change your organisation’s contact details
Please send changes by email or by post to CITY database, Auckland City Libraries, PO Box 4138, Auckland.
Delete your organisation from CITY
To have your organisation removed from CITY send instructions by email or by post to CITY database, Auckland City Libraries, PO Box 4138, Auckland.

1. All organisations listed on CITY have authorised the inclusion of their contact details and associated information in the database and the display of information on Auckland City Libraries' website.
2. Auckland City Libraries will contact each group annually to confirm the accuracy of information on CITY.
3. CITY is not intended to be a comprehensive list of all Auckland-based community organisations. Only organisations that have completed a CITY registration form are included in the database.
4. Auckland City Libraries will remove organisations from CITY where details are not confirmed annually.
5. Auckland City Libraries is not responsible for information that has changed since the date it was last confirmed.
