- The competition runs from February 25 2008 until close of business March 25 2008.
- You must use the special link provided to forward to a friend or your entry will not be valid.
- Members and non-members of Auckland City Libraries are eligible to enter.
- The winners will be drawn at random from all the correct entries and only they will be contacted personally on email by 31 March 2008.
- If any winner is under 18 years of age, signed parental/legal guardian permission is a condition of receiving the prize. The parent or guardian must be present to receive the prize.
- Any addition to the Philips GoGear SA5125 MP3 player or technical difficulties is the sole cost and responsibility of the winner.
- The winners' names and photo may be used for promotional purposes.
- Auckland City Council staff are not eligable to enter.
- Each forward counts as one entry. Enter as many times as you like.

- The competition is open to New Zealand residents only
- Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternatives.
