A database created and provided by Auckland City Libraries based on the Rossdhu book of hours.

This is a digital version of the Sir George Grey Special Collections' Rossdhu book of hours (Med.Ms G146), an illuminated medieval manuscript.
The Rossdhu book of hours was made in the Southern Netherlands, probably in Bruges, sometime between 1450 and 1475. It contains 25 miniature paintings of the Passion of Christ and saints, and many decorated initials. Forty-five other medieval manuscripts are to be found in the Sir George Grey Special Collections.
